A: Orders should take around 3 – 15 working days from the estimated date of shipment given. This excludes weekends & public holidays.

America & Canada: 7 – 14 business days
Rest of the world: 10 – 15 business days

Q: FREE SHIPPING?

A: Raremade offers FREE HK domestic shipping.

Q: I AM PLACING AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER. DOES THE SHIPPING COST INCLUDE THE CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND/OR TAXES?

A: US$10 for international orders standard shipping. The cost of shipping goes towards shipping the item only and not towards any additional customs fees and/or taxes that may be charged for international delivery. Our team is actively working on making these prices better but also making sure to provide you with a quality shipping service so that your order gets to your country safely. Any fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately these fees are beyond our control, and we are unable to cover them for our customers.

A: Unless the order was incorrect, please note all sales are final and may not be returned, or exchanged. All customized sales may not be returned, or exchanged. Thank you for understanding and supporting small business. If your order qualifies for a return or exchange once we receive the item(s), we will ship out the correct or replacement item(s) as soon as possible. If the item(s) are out of stock, we will ship them to you as soon as inventory is restocked.
